It automatically creates a biased sample of respondents. What if outsourcing won't increase?
A less biased way to ask the question is in stages:
1. Do you outsource services today?
2. If yes, do you expect the level of outsourcing to change?
3. If yes, do you expect it to increase or decrease?
4. If you expect it to increase, please elaborate.
Asking in this way allows filtering of respondents and puts those who will increase outsourcing in perspective.
